The minimum time we work with a client is 90 days. Just because it's a perfect amount of time for you to get some amazing results, but also to see how we work together as a team.
Most people stay with us way beyond their initial 90 days, but only because they love it.
No, some of our most successful clients have never trained at a gym.
We will design your training program for exactly where you want to train, and whatever equipment you have to hand.
That being said, progress is generally quicker if you trained at a gym - but thats completely up to you.
So firstly, on your call we will assess your goals, whats currently holding you back and only if I am 100% certain I am the one to help you will I offer you a place on the program.
If you decide its for you, we'll process your membership on the call (so have a card handy just incase) you'll then get added to our Lab where you can work through your onboarding. This will give us all the information we need to write your plan, highlight whats holding you back and properly coach you to your goal.
Once your plan is written (usually 48 hours from when we get your information) we will jump onto a 1-1 call where we will run through exactly what you need in order to succeed!
